SANITARY CONTAINER HYCO BIO

One innovative approach to processing BIO waste is through sanitation.

The biological waste sanitation is a vital process that effectively eliminates or significantly reduces pathogenic microorganisms using high temperatures and controlled exposure times. This not only ensures safety but also mitigates health risks associated with products derived from biological waste.

The HYCO BIO sanitary container, manufactured by SZT – Stroje, s.r.o., is specifically designed for the disposal of biological waste.

It efficiently processes kitchen waste, which is classified as a secondary animal product CAT.3, in accordance with Article 10, letter p) of Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009.

 

At SZT – Stroje, s.r.o., we ensure that Category 3 materials used as raw materials in our sanitation facility adhere to stringent quality standards. Before entering the sanitary container, these materials must meet a maximum particle size of 12 mm.

Our advanced sanitary container is designed for ease of use, featuring a lifting lid for loading raw materials and a rear opening door for efficient unloading. To combat unpleasant odours, we’ve incorporated a specialized filter substance within the lid.

For optimal sanitization, it’s essential that the temperature of all materials within the container reaches a minimum of 70 °C for at least 60 minutes without interruption. Our automated system continuously monitors and evaluates the temperature, ensuring proper aeration of the raw materials via an integrated fan. This guarantees a thorough hygiene process every time.

Additionally, all temperature and time data are meticulously recorded and archived, providing you with peace of mind and compliance assurance.

  • Thick Insulation: The walls, lifting lid, and floor have substantial insulation, ensuring proper hygiene even in winter.
  • Inlet Air Heating: There is an option for heating the incoming air.
  • Outlet Air Filter: The unit includes an outlet air filter with easy filter material replacement.
  • Airflow Regulation: There is a system for regulating air supply and exhaust.
  • Process Monitoring: The sanitization process can be monitored.
